No. This isn’t about making something beautiful. It’s about letting hour hands move and letting your nervous system settle. These exercises are focused slowing down, becoming more aware, gaining insight and self-control.

These exercises can take up to 5 to 20 minutes. You choose what fits your day. You can do a 10 minute reset. You can repeat the process if you like. You are welcome to continue with your art and creativity as long as you like. There is no  time limit. 

No. Creative Calm Circle offers creative exercises and reflective tools designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional well-being, but it is not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.

That’s completely okay. The practices are simple, accessible, and grounded in research showing how creative expression can support emotional regulation and stress reduction. You can explore the exercises at your own pace and see what resonates for you.

Yes. Many people find that creative practices complement therapy by helping them process emotions, reflect between sessions, and engage different parts of the brain involved in regulation and self-awareness.

Yes. Members of the Creative Calm Bundle Club will have access to a private community space where they can share reflections, creative practices, and support one another in building a sustainable calm practice.

Most exercises only require basic materials such as paper, colored pencils, markers, or pens. The focus is on the process, not the supplies.
